2023 RR81 Riesling

This is a Riesling that drinks like an early spring day, with swirling aromas of honeysuckle, sweetcorn, fresh herbs & hay intermingling in the sunshine. The nose is alluringly mineral, greeting you with an unapologetic ode to its limestone terroir. It then gives way to a ripe but balanced palate of just-picked yellow apple, citrusy marjoram spice, and a sprinkle of earthy turmeric. The only thing this wine adores more than air (don’t be afraid to decant it!) is food: we’re loving it with rustic roast chicken, lots of lemon, and heaps of seasonal veg
